Our founder, Pedro, has loved animals since childhood. Over the years, his home was always full of wagging tails and warm hearts—at one point, his family cared for eight dogs at the same time. In 2024, Pedro faced the heartbreaking loss of four of his beloved companions, all passing from old age, surrounded by the love of their family.
During that time of grief, he realized there was no dedicated pet cremation service in the Katy area that truly understood the depth of the bond between pets and their families. Determined to change that, Pedro combined his lifelong devotion to animals with his experience in the pet industry—creating Loyal Souls Pet Cremations to serve families across Houston, Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, Rosenberg, Brookshire, and surrounding communities.

Its never easy losing a pet and having to make tough decisions and think through details during this time causes additional stress. Loyal Souls made it super easy from start to finish. They met us up at 11pm so we could drop Ruby off and help us unload her (she was a big dog). They let us take our time saying goodbye and made us feel like she wasn’t just another dog to them. Pricing was fair especially for Ruby’s size and I love all of the items in the package that help is treasure and remember our baby.

Loyal Souls was truly phenomenal. My sweet dog passed away late at night and they came shortly after when I called out of the blue. They came exactly when they said they would and were so kind and gentle. They sent me a picture when requested as I was not there, and were very tender and caring when handling my pup. We have lost our loved dog KENT last January 22, 2026. Pedro from Loyal Souls received our sad call that early morning and he support and assist us immediately. It’s hard to loose your furry friend. Unexpectedly lost my girl on a Sunday and was in shambles. While we had no time to even prepare for an event like this, Loyal Souls was quick to help us transport her from our house and preserve her in a timely and orderly fashion. I'm beyond grateful for the time I was given to give her one final hug goodbye before she was transported to their facility. She was delivered to us safely by the end of the week and I was even given the small token of fur as I requested just before we handed her over. My sweet girl passed away at 2:00 in the morning. I called and they drove to my house to pick her up immediately. I had her ashes back a day later, hand delivered to me, in a lovely box with name plate and paw impression included. It took a lot of stress and worry from my mind to have them coordinate everything. My sweet girl passed away at 2:00 in the morning. I called and they drove to my house to pick her up immediately. I had her ashes back a day later, hand delivered to me, in a lovely box with name plate and paw impression included. It took a lot of stress and worry from my mind to have them coordinate everything. I am very grateful.
