Our founder, Pedro, has loved animals since childhood. Over the years, his home was always full of wagging tails and warm hearts—at one point, his family cared for eight dogs at the same time. In 2024, Pedro faced the heartbreaking loss of four of his beloved companions, all passing from old age, surrounded by the love of their family.
During that time of grief, he realized there was no dedicated pet cremation service in the Katy area that truly understood the depth of the bond between pets and their families. Determined to change that, Pedro combined his lifelong devotion to animals with his experience in the pet industry—creating Loyal Souls Pet Cremations to serve families across Houston, Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, Rosenberg, Brookshire, and surrounding communities.

My sweet girl passed away at 2:00 in the morning. I called and they drove to my house to pick her up immediately. I had her ashes back a day later, hand delivered to me, in a lovely box with name plate and paw impression included. It took a lot of stress and worry from my mind to have them coordinate everything.
